The cuisine of Paraná is the fruit of the culture of several ethnicities that colonized the state. They joined the traditions of the natives, our first inhabitants. From them, the consumption of pine nut, mate and fruits was inherited, as well as the preparation of maize and cassava. Today, our cuisine offers pamonha and couscous, as well as a great diversity of options with fish, as well as traditional meat dishes.
